Privacy and tranquility are the order of the day!  While there are 7 other houses in the are, only one is partially in view of the house.  Your view is expanse of the ocean and the beach.  The situation of our lots--tucked back in the cove offers a lot of privacy.  The water is crystal clear and you will see many fish while you are sitting on the deck.  Snorkeling along the ledges is a delight of color and wonder.  Governor's Harbour has a dive shop for scuba equipment rental.  

The house is located 17 miles south of Governor's Harbour airport.  Eleuthera at Ten Bay Beach (9 miles south of Governor's Harbour and less than 20 miles north of Rock Sound).  Nestled in a protected cove, the house is situated on a rise to take advantage of the ever present Caribbean breeze.  Cement steps take you right to the water.  The house is less than a 300 yard walk (50 yards through the water) to one of the best beaches in the Bahamas--Ten Bay Beach.  The beach is never crowded and often as not you will be alone there.
